No "Friends" 04:13
"Friends" are terrible A violation of contract When befriended under signs as “Terrible” subjects Is to refuse to strike fear of an honest exchange producing garbage people who hold hostage conversation Can't afford much when bonded to them 'cause they burgle your soul and call themselves "friends" I say No dump trash Everyone hop in the dump truck And don't touch the screen on my laptop We've got a job to do It would be a lie If I didn't tell you That violators will be sacrificed Take a look at the sign it says No dump trash We could say something I guess (but I would be lying) With cool distance I guess We could stay in debt I guess (but I would be lying) We'd stave off arrest I guess We could stay in bed But then I guess that I would be lying No dump trash "Friends" are terrible

Animals, Etc 02:43
an animal’s Skull & Bones scattered on a ballroom floor paid in full default-swapped security you know it’s Greek to me forget Diomedes: ‘til they cut November 17th (So) To IMF: I am effing tired of privatized needs, “liquidity” of GOD DAMN physiology despite the fact that we see through the dopamine sayin’ “Hey have you got a minute?” Christmas comes but once a month For welfare queens and pensioners Lady Liberty gets a boner Everybody becomes a loner Your tax dollars fly through the air In cafeterias everywhere You fucking wish she had a million kids Gotta spend money to make more children

God loves beer and wants it to be happy, so He created Man. If you wanna know how I pace myself, imagine a nun slapping my hand. A guy bought me a drink and it repeated itself without much difference. The intensity is important: beyond that, I don't have much preference. I corrected the stranger's grammar, then politely turned down his offer. I have to work alone if I want to be an unreliable author. And the bars downtown can make your apartment feel like the suburbs, But commiserating with friends while sober requires too many adverbs. Adverbs. Do you remember what I said five minutes ago? I don't know. Do you remember what I said last night? That's alright This is the fucking guy that I'm talking about: this guy right here (Gradients of intensity express themselves, then disappear). And I fucking hate that, but in what way? I don't know. I've just been working a lot lately, and I figure it's my weekend, so...

credits

released February 5, 2015

All songs written, produced and rendered mechanically reproducible by Nigel "Tyler" Stevens and Joel "Billy" Glidden (hereafter referred to as "Mr. NEET")
Gang Vocals by our dear friends at Goofhaus (friends are "terrible")
"Enough" originally released on Cut the Shit Vol. 3 and produced by Mike "Cutshit" Cunnane
"Song U Sing 2 Dave" uses samples taken from "Hey, Dave" by The Rattlesnakes and "Song U Sing 2 Me" by The 500's
"Nobody Emails David" is about our friend David
"Everything Sucks" is a parody of Have Fun The Band (friends "are" terrible)
All the songs were recorded in a plumber's workshop which was torn down to build a clown college
All bands we have collaborated with have broken up
Maybe those things are related, I don't know
Our next album will be slightly more serious
It's already written, we just keep forgetting to record it
Watch out for "New Enclosures", coming to a Bullmoose "Used" section near you
Cover photo by Sofia Proia
Live Photo by Dan Aceto
No computers were used to make this record, except to record it, and also if you consider a synthesizer to be a type of computer
